Welcome to Chabelo's Mexican Grill in the city of Castaic. We promise to bring "the real taste of Mexico" to the Santa Clarita Valley. All of our meats are hand shredded, and slow cooked for the best flavor. All of our sauces and salsas are prepared from scratch with the freshest spices and ingredients. Our restaurant is family owned and operated. We offer take out and delivery. Come on in and enjoy what we have to offer!
This family owned restaurant opened its doors in August 2014. Chabelo's Mexican Grill promises to bring the real taste of Mexico to the Santa Clarita Valley. Owner and chef Jose Garcia has many years of experience in the culinary arts, working under many seasoned chefs in different kitchens for over 20 years
